For the time I just checked (12 o’clock on August 16, 2019, in Ho Chi Minh City), the current UV index is 13, comparing with the detailed table above, we have the following recommendations:

UV Index 13 (purple): Extremely high UV damage, you need to apply SPF 30+ sunscreen, wear (especially sunglasses with UV protection), a long shirt with long sleeves, and pants if going out in the sun.
